diplomat adp5520 installation

Hello,
I have just got a diplomat adp5520 Duel fuel, gas hobs with electric ovens,

Now my question is simple hopefully, It has come with a bit of black flex on it which looks like 1.5mm cores, Should an oven this size not have a 35a cable / connection?

I have a proper cooker feed and cant see why it would have come with this flex on…

because the hob is gas

the max load is 2 ovens or 1 oven and a grill (assuming 2 cavities as i can find a picture of the unit. if 3 cavities add 2Kw)

assuming 2Kw per side and 4.2A per Kw thats a max load of 17 Amps (if it only had 1 oven you could use a 13A plug)
