Diplomat ADP5814 Fault

Hi there,

I have a Diplomat cooker model ADP5814/34.
The problem with it is that even when the main oven and fan ovens are switched off, they are still getting extremely hot. The only way of stopping this is by switching it off at the mains every time I use it.
As soon as I switch the plug back on the ovens heat up again.
Has anyone else ever had this problem???
I would appreciate any ideas. 😕

It looks like the selector switch is stuck to one position

Is the grill on all the time or the oven?
Does the light stay on?

hi

its only the ovens i have problems with the lights dont stay on but they get really hot even though switched off i have separate grill one normal oven and one fan oven (range) the normal oven gets really hot and the fan oven just gets warm. The grill is fine. I have to switch the mains off to get it to cool down.
