    Hi have the above machine and the upper spray arm will not spin, yet when i open the door you can see lots of water coming out the jets.Have cleaned the arm and cant see any blockages.Any help please.Ps the bottem arm spins fine

    Tip jets blocked is the usual problem.

    Im back with this same problem, cleaned jets and worked for a while but the top spray bar still refuses to spin most of the time .It will work now and again ,
    the dishes are not cleaning very well.Any help to how to solve this or is it time for a new machine.Thanks

    Internal blockage perhaps? Major disassembly required beyond the rotors and feed pipes. Over the years have seen all sorts sucked into the sump pipes and circulation motor.
