    hi guy,s wonder if anyone can help, a diplomat dishwasher adp8312,customer say,s it takes about 4 hours to complete on checking it i found upper spray arm not circulating ,cleaned it no better, and also machine not heating, checked heater, its ok, checked thermostat( 4 point connection, with resettable button ) but it only reads closed circuit on 1, the other is open, even after a heat test, is the stat at fault

    This one has a ntc thermistor and a 85c resettable stat. Ntc is used as operating stat 85c as safety cutout.

    thank,s for your reply but should i get a reading across them both and do you stock them

    The safety thermostat fitted to this machine should be 818731062 – 4 tag N/C with manual reset.

    The machine may well be underfilling, causing both the safety trip and the lack of flow from the top rotor. There is an article explaining here:
