DIPLOMAT ADP8132 FILLING/DRAINING

Hello, have been to this call today, at first nothing happens. Reset control, dishwasher burst into life only to fill and drain at the same time. Also what is the error code, 1.2.3 flashing with 5 ON
Pls help.

drain pipe to low water (now how do i spell this word)cyphoning….er syphoning…………sifoning out as its filling…well its worth checking………ps if i could spell i would be working in a librury…..

Well, actually, the drain pump is energised, ie has supply to it, have checked the anti-flooding system o.k

Hi all
I have been to one of these machines, it starts by pumping then goes to pumping and filling at the same time, it then stops pumping and fills for a couple of minutes, it then stops filling and starts to pump, Then stops completely. The only flashing light I have seen is the 2nd from the left, there are five lights.
Any help would be greatly received.

There shouldn’t be an error code with just the 2nd light flashing; there is one with the 2nd light flashing and the 5th one lit – if you’re unlucky enough to have a duff lamp on the 5th light then that may be part of the problem.

If it is the 2nd light flashing and the 5th light on then you’re the lucky recipient of an E2 error. It’s normally some sort of blockage in the air break but this article covers it in some depth.

Thanks for the quick reply. 🙂 Yes that is the fault, I thought the 5th light was lit, only because that was the programme selected. 😳
