Diplomat ADP8224 Dreaded E3 4beeps no heat

Hi all, this washer has developed the above fault, It will run full cycle but only cold. The matrix and spay arms and filter are clean, heating element reads 30 Ohms -OK.
The thermostat is located between the element, it has 4 spade connections 1 pair closed cicuit the other pair open circuit. Looking for a replacement for this model only shows up a 2 connection type (977870006) I am confused as I cannot seem to find a 4 connection stat for this model. thanks

Have you checked for broken wires in the loom as it passes from bottom of door under machine as this is a common fault which would stop it heating.
