HI, hope you can help. Following a recent E2 fault that we appear to have cleared using your advice previously posted throughout the forums we now have a further situation. On coming back from holiday we rinsed machine once. We then loaded it but when came to set program on LCD there were two icons I have never seen before. One was three squiggles with a cross thru followed by “1/2”. Logic(although not necessarily Diplomat logic) tells me that it probably means that first means no heat and second, 1/2 load. As usual nothing in manual. Problem is the machine simply won’t operate with these icons present and I can’t get rid. Done usual turn off/on and unplug etc even checked pipes etc but to no avail. Help, please!! Before I launch it thru the kitchen window!! Should say machine is 2-3 yrs old. Any help most appreciated.
