Hi, this machine is giving me a lot of problems. The control timer got burnt, ordered one through masterpart, fit module, wire and connector from old module to new one. set test program, appliance fills on the first program sequence, stops then throws error E4, ie, 1,2,3 flashing.
I think it is sensor wire disconnected if i’m right, but i can only see two temperature sensors which are o.k
One other thing, the label on the original module is 22000351311, the one i was sent is 22000351313 will this make any difference?
Also when set to normal wash program, nothing happpens, no draining even when anti flood switch as made.
    Please help

There’s only two yes, one near the heater and the thermistor is inside the door.

Wire broken in door look perhaps ?

Part number on the box for the control pcb should be 816290672

    Dave.

Hi Dave, the part number on the box is 816290672, the thermistor inside the door, is it normaly closed or open, this one is open, the one near the heater is closed.. Any reason why on normal operation nothing happens, ie pump, there is no supply to the pump 😳

As it’s a thermistor it shouldn’t be either n/o or n/c, it is a variable resistance NTC device.

    The resistance should be 8.9k at 22C. If it’s o/c then it’s goosed 😀

    Dave.
