    We have just moved into a new house with a Diplomat kitchen and the above dishwasher.

    We have a problem where the drawer which holds the dishwasher powder does not open during a cycle. I have searched in vain for a manual and found your site but can see no queries in the forum for this sort of error. I am getting no error lights at all. Any suggestions gratefully received.

    Does it fill with water and wash?

    Yes it fills with water and washes just fine but the powder doesn’t come out of the drawer. Water is hot etc. I cannot work it out at all.

    Sounds like a faulty detergent dispenser solenoid if the plates are getting washed. Shop@ could help with this. Power off if you are going to look yourself.
