    Hello,
This is my first post and hopefully my last!!!
I have the integrated washer as mentioned above. However it is not cleaning properly, and lots of bits are left on glasses and plates.
Also the main thing I notice is that the washing tablet does not get dissolved and is deposited in the cutlery compartment (under the place where I put the tablet in).
Any ideas and step by step procedures I can take??

Ive cleaned the plastic parts I could take out from the bottom, salted it and put more rinse aid in.
Ive checked the parts that swivel that release the water and these are clean and clear, also the water is hot that goes in so its not that there is no heating!! I have had this less than 2 yrs.
    Help!!
    Simon

It sounds as if no water is circulating so there’s either a blockage or the circulation motor may have failed.

Power off if checking yourself please or check the repairs@ link below for an engineer 🙂

By the way, it should be connected to the cold water supply 😉

    Dave.

    Hi Dave,

Thanks for your quick reply. Is this something I can easily check myself if there is a fault?? If so I will and if there is a prob I will call someone out, if not I will clean everything again. Any recommendations of how to check for the faults you mentioned?
    Thanks
    Simon

Just listening should normally be enough…

Water inlet > then the wash motor should kick in giving the normal “whooshing” noise dishwashers make.

As Dave says, motor problem, if you can hear a “buzzzing” after the water has gone into the machine and the water is not spraying about, then you have circulation pump problem. Early pumps are prone to this, they have been updated. You will require an engineer to replace this
