I purchased a DIPLOMAT ADP8322 dishwasher about 15 months ago. It has worked perfectly until a week ago when it started acting up.
It doesn’t matter which programme I use, the result is always the same.
The machine empties any residual water in the bottom of the sump. There is then a whoosh of water as the machine appears to be fill up as would be expected, however, after about 20 seconds, it starts beeping and the light to the far right of the console starts flashing (6 flashes then a pause). Upon checking the interior of the machine, the sump has filled with water but there is no evidence of any water having been sprayed. The machine will reset, but will not proceed beyond this point on any setting. Having read through a number of entries on the forum, this would suggest a problem with the inlet water supply. I have checked the inlet pipe for kinks etc without success. I have even connected the dishwasher to the mains via the inlet pipe for the washing machine, just to be sure, again without success.
Any ideas? Inlet solenoid/pump?
In anticipation
