Participanthi,
can someone please help with a problem on my dishwasher!!!
after having problems with lots of noise which sound like the water is not being sprayed around the machine when in mid wash cycle, this seemed to be solved by opening the door, pulling out bottom shelf in mid cycle and putting my hand into the hot water and locating the bottom of a long white plastic dual hose which runs down the back of dishwasher (and at a guess this delivers the water to all 3 spray arms) i then pushed this back into its holes that it had slighty come out from and the dishwasher would finish its cycle fine, as time has gone on this got worse having to do it 2-3 times and no longer works, now the top 2 spray arms no longer turn and spray so hence dirty dishes!!, i have now taken out the bottom shelf to have a good look and where this dual hose fits into its connecting holes these have splits in and dont hold the hose in tight. this part seems to be a small of peice white plastic that has 2 holes in to connect this dual hose that is easily changed but cant seem to find it anywhere as a spare part, can you help,
thanks for any adviceOctober 17, 2009 at 1:34 pm #299737October 18, 2009 at 12:33 pm #299738kopite1973

Tried the item but still no joy. The top two arms are not spinning around, any further ideas?
ThanksOctober 29, 2009 at 8:18 pm #299740Penguin45

Are the feed tubes now staying clipped in?

Yes they are. Water is going to the top spray arms but they are not spinning consistently, sometimes they do but for the majority of the time the top two dont spin. Thanks

It’s possible that the machine is underfilling – water level should be touching the salt cap. Worth removing the filters and having a look at the water level indicator un the sump. This is the black grid at 3 o’clock. It is prone to filling up with fatty deposits, causing it to give false readings.
Failing that, THIS is worth a read.
