    Customer reports 10 beeps as the fault code.

    Any ideas?

    book says sensor failure. but it only shows in test mode. personally id assume the customer isnt counting it properly. ive never seen ten flashes, even in test mode.

    i agree with keith it will be f11 which is optical water sensor in sump, usually just gunged up but can be faulty, also check wiring and flow meter.

    Thanks guys, i got a feeling the customer wasn’t counting it properly!
