    Diplomat ADP8342 integrated slimline dishwasher. FA03 VOE0800FA46H1604.

Fault reported:- takes ages to wash and sometimes stops. All the major components worked fine for me on visit – filled, washed, heated and drained – all OK. 😕 There are traces of dried-out water deposit on the baseplate, but no leaks showed up on test.
Power on, then set the programme by pressing the ‘P’ button several times to select cycle (6 LED’s on display). When the door is closed, the LED marking the programme selected flashes continually, even though the cycle seems to progress as normal. I tried different programmes to see if all cycles flashed their respective LED’s. Is this correct operation? Or could it be a faulty PCB?
This a Indesit slimline clone but with a different facia and display. Any ideas? The nearest skip maybe? 😀

    Thanks,

    Steve.

The lovely Haier machine…… I would assume that the heater relay is dropping out periodically under load – that’s the longest single part of the wash. So PCB is best bet – or tell the customer the truth and supply something decent, make a bit if money and possibly a friend for life 😀 .

    Chris.
