Diplomat adp8342 sealed?

Trying to break in to newly arrived Diplomat ADP8342. It seems to be sealed, and am reluctant to use all my brute force and ignorance in case something breaks. I assume the instructions to tell me how to open it are inside.
If anyone can help, it might stop my wife laughing at me.

I am reluctant to say just haul on it, but bear in mind the extremely powerful door springs and the absence of the decor door to counter-balance them at this stage.

If it really won’t open, get on the phone on Monday.
