Diplomat ADP8352 – All lights on (not flashing)

I have an integrated dishwasher – Diplomat ADP8352 that has stopped working – when it is opened all the lights are ‘on’ (not flashing) and the “P” button cannot be pressed to change modes or anything (in fact the “P” button is not attached anymore which may be part of the problem).

I am wondering if this is a fault code (I cannot identify it on http://inm0310.tripod.com/diplomat_disw … odes_h.htm), so should I be calling out a white goods engineer? if so, any recommendations for engineers in south london?
