Diplomat ADP8426 Range Cooker

Be fore I get too involved with this beast can anyone help.

Even with the 2 oven thermostats in the off position, all the oven elements come on and get hot. The fan in the main oven is not on, just the element.

Could it be 2 faulty thermostats or am I missing something?

Has anyone got a wiring diagram? Thanks

Do you mean ADP5426 ? if so it is made by Stoves and there are 2 versions

Sorry. Yes it is a ADP5426, type 050567009, s/n 20317500.

Thank you very much for the info Dave, it’s just what I need. After studying the diagrams I think your correct in saying the stats are the fault. I will order them.

I know AW Services of Norwich do a disk with Diplomat parts on it. Did you get this info from the same disk? Thanks again

Yeah AWS do have wiring diagrams on the disc but not the technical info I sent you, that is from Stoves direct, getting info from Stoves is a nightmare even if you are an Service Agent :bang:
