We have a Diplomat ADP8501 dishwasher that is approx 18 months old.
Was working fine until yesterday when the start indicator lamp started to flash, machine is draining but not filling with water.
Have checked that the filter is not clogged. Have tried to restart but still not working.
Any suggestions as to what could be the problem?
    Thank you

Just read previous threads and found that the amount of flashes indicates what is wrong.
Switched machine back on and found that there are 2 flashes.
Hope this helps to identify the fault

2 flashes or F2 is a flood protection problem, indicating a leak normally in to the base.

Power of if investigating further please :zap:

    Thank you for the reply.
Could you please say where we can see where it is leaking to. We cannot see any water leaking from the machine.

    Re: Diplomat ADP8501

You may not see it as the base collects any water then a float turns the anti flood protection on (assuming there is a leak at all of course).

    hi dave

this is the whirlpool model is`nt it ?

if so the most common fault is the wash motor hose leaking which will require a new wash motor
