    Hi, any help appreciated.

My ADP8502 has been playing up for several weeks. Firstly poor washing and rinsing. Then problems with tablet being released but ending up in cutlery compartment, still whole and undesolved at the end of the cycle. Now machine just fills from the bottom and then whirrs none stop doing nothing till I turn it off. No water comes through the spray arms at all, though I have cleaned them of food particles and now they are clear.
Have also taken internal filters out to clean.

The only way I can empty the machine is by holding the on/off switch for 20 seconds or so. Then the machine empties.

    Any ideas welcome?

    Thanks for the reply.

Was hoping there might be something jamming the pump or stuck in the pipes?. Is it possible to check.
I have on occasions unblocked pipes and such in my washing machine with success, so am happy to have a go in this case if this might be the case.

Possible that something is blocking the inlet side of the pump, but that would strangle the flow to all rotors. Most unlikely that something is in the pump itself or the pipework past it.

To access, you would need to drag the machine out, tip it back and remove the undertray. All pretty obvious from there.

    Power off, of course.
