Diplomat ADP8640 (Beko) dishwasher stops ;starts.

Diplomat ADP8640 (Beko) dishwasher. Stock no:- 7676483842. Serial no;- 07 100425-01.

Starts up, fills, then runs the wash motor for 3 – 4 seconds. The lights on the control panel will dim then go out momentarily, the motor stops, then the buttons light up again and the motor restarts and this repeats. I am thinking PCB – but there are 2 – one for the buttons and led’s and the other is the module with the relays on it. There seems to be 2 ‘power’ modules that fit this model as well…so any part numbers would be much appreciated!!
Any help on which is likely to be faulty? Any Beko gurus out there?

PCB fault. It’ll be the 1uf or 1.5uf capacitor (approx 1 1/4″ length next to the relay). Hope that helps!

I presume the PCB in question is the power board and not the selector board with the buttons on it?

have a good look at the float microswitch in the base first….
