Diplomat APL 3201 1x Help Element Issue

Hi All,

I think the element has gone on my Diplomat APL 3201 1x

i.e. everything works (fan/grill) etc but no heat from the oven.

On this model is it easy to change the Element, i.e. with out removing the oven it self out of the cupboard.

Also what part is best that I replace it.

I have taken the fan cover off but not sure what i need to unscrew or replace next?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi Richard,

There appears to be several versions of this oven from what I can see, which isn’t a help I know. 😕

As far as I know you can get it from the front but I can’t be entirely sure of that.

Sorry forget to give an update..

Managed to remove the element am impressed with my self! (sorry i meant the Oven Element)

Which oven element should i go for?

The fan oven element is an easy one, it’s this element for the APL3201. 🙂

Forgot to say, received that Friday, working by Saturday, many thanks for your assistance…

Last quick question thou 😳 how do you change the bulb, im not sure how to remove the glass cover without the feeling im going to break it in my hand…. any advice so i don’t break the glass cover to get to the bulb!

If it’s a round cover, you unscrew it. If it’s a square cover you flip it with a screwdriver form one end.
