    How can I check if it’s a blown heating element? I believe that it is as it took the ELCB out but how can I check for sure before I order a new one?

    I assume by a resistance measurement? Should the normal working resistance be [(230×230) / nominal power rating]?

    Power off, machine out and tipped back, drop the base tray. Split the circuit to the heater and meter it on a low ohms resistance setting. Somewhere around 25ohms is acceptable. If it is, check the wiring at the pivot point of the door.
