The freezer evaporator will be frosted up.
The fault is normaly the no frost evaporator probe faulty and you will need to fit a new one.
On this model when you open the doors the fan stops you can check the fan with a magnet by the sensors.
The fan sensor in the freezer is on the right hand side half way down near the middle draw. make sure the fridge door is shut to test.
The fan sensor is near the display for the fridge you can check the air flow to the fridge when the door is closed on the freezer. If you look at the fridge door you will see a small block on the top of the door a magnet is inside so if you close the door slightly this will give you some idea where the sensor is near the top.
