where do I start. Its intergrated and the kitchen fitter has found every piece wood and wedges and cardboard he could find to level this w/m.
But heres the fault. On long spin it tumbles left and right gos into a short spin then stop for a rest which is correct for this w/m. Then it should advance through the programme which it is doing but the drum will not spin it only pumps and then gos to stop postion and switches off. Told customer it control module but just need someone to hold my hand and tell me if this is correct before i order from masterpart. W/m is 18 months old

assuming of course the air bell in sump hose is clear, then it is most certainly the module. (lathough it could also be a dodgy motor but try a module first.) I also assume you are testing this empty as its pretty sensitive about out of balance loads. They take a lifetime to spin though, you need to start the test at the end of the final rinse and just sit and watch it. Its the good old 546060201 module and I get through loads of them.
