diplomat apm8702 not washing properly

when I put the machine on it does not turn clockwise and anti clockwise to wash but it spins fine. the washing machine also works fine if I try it empty. can anyone tell me what the problem is please?

most problems are down to the module in the rear rh bottom corner. outside chance its the timer.

But how comes it works fine if I run the machine with out any clothes in it. Could this still be the problem?

loose belt?

motor-brushes badly worn….won’t pass current required to turn loaded motor?

poor contacts on board-connector,= high resistance-effectively the same as above.

We are assuming here , that your description means
” the machine agitates normally when unladen-that is, it revolves, stops ,reverses,…repeat till it pumps out and spins. when i load it, it won’t agitate but will spin”

my guesses …brushes ….or an outside chance that motor windings/board connections are faulty.
