Been to this about 6 weeks ago it was not draining.
Fitted new pump and it has been ok since.
Got a call back to it this morning customer saying the machine will only drain.
The base was flooded. I dried it all up and it was ok again but now the machine will not drain.
I can hear the pump working and I have taken the drain hose off and its all clear.
When I put it on to drain I can hear a faint trickle of water coming out and thats it.
