model 4640 multi function double oven
been to this unit twice in the last 3 weeks
client says after use of fan or conventional oven settings in main oven , that after 2.to 2.5hours and a temp of 220 degrees
RCD trips
When resetting RCD if you switch on either programme selection RCD goes out instantly
ONLY after a period of cooling does RCD stay in.
First thoughts are Earth or Neutral fault on elements(Roof/Bottom and circular..
have removed unit and megger tested every element and main circuits from connection terminal…nothing found…unit runs ok in the hour I spent testing.
I was wondering if there is a common fault on the unit when reaching high tempreture???
other sections on top oven are OK
