Diplomat d/w ADP8234 E5

Went to this one today….no serial number as on right side of door and next to wall! Customer says E5 fault so thought not filling or something..and appliance doesnt seem to be filling to correct level actually wash pump running but without water… but when I checked display sign saying no heating (wiggly lines) and half load displayed…..cant see this in user manual……any ideas appreciated…as appliance was badly fitted and dont want to remove if module is at fault….

It’s in the known error codes thread at the top of this forum, listed under Smeg (who make this model for MFI) 😉

Thanks Dave but I cant see it there…….its an appliance with a LCD display…..and theres no mention of no heat or 1/2 load showing on the display in the fault codes I can find…..I realise the cause of E5 fault but do you have any idea about the display part?….do you think it may be the module or just the fill fault? no mention of these options in manual….
