In the known error codes under Smeg 😉 but I don’t think that’s a known one, check the dispenser solenoid though as that’s a common problem with these.

hi sent the board to QER but the chip has gone on it New board from
HTM 89.99 + any one know of a cheaper one barry 😥

That’s not a bad price really to be honest, I can sort one for £80 ex VAT (plus carriage) if you like but it’s not that much less 🙂

update. it seems that the suppressor was a fault it had a split in it must have gone bang but the customer did not notice i have had this on more than one occasion and blown the board once the chip blows the board cannot be repaired as Q. E. R. cannot get the chip hence a new board
