    Hi

    We’ve solved a water drainage problem but the machine still isn’t cleaning anything – the water’s coming in but not being sprayed around. Anyone any thoughts?

    If the spray arms aren’t blocked (check the holes all the way along them and at the ends) it may be that the main circulation motor isn’t running.

    Check the filters also for blockages.

    Failing that, you’ll probably need an engineer.
