    HI

    I have moved in to a flat with a diplomat ADP 8132 dishwasher. WHen I turn it on, it has a single red flashing light, IE 3rd one out of five, marked ECON. I think this happened after the mains had been turned of and on. I cannot get it to work. ANy help would be much appreciated.

    Hi – This indicates that there is a problem with the temperature sensing. You need to get an engineer out to have a look at it for you. If you look at the ‘repairs@’ section that should give you a UKW member that may be able to help you out. Alternatively, post your postcode and someone will contact you. Good luck – Ian.

    I had an engineer look at it, and it turned out to be that the door latch was stuck in the open position, so when I turned the power on with the door open, it thought the machine had been opened in mid cycle. It was a simple job for the engineer to reset the latch. THanks for the help.
