sticking on prog, seems to heat as customer did say when they opened door there was heat…
i have resett pcb , but didnt help,

any ideas…

No error code? and “sticks on prog” is not a helpful report of the symptoms. Give a bit more detail and maybe you will get a few more responses.

hi eastlmark, theres no error code coming up,

appliance seems to stick while on wash, ive asked customer if water is hot when they open door, they have said yes luke warm ?.. but they also say steam does come out when door 1st opened, steam from luke warm water ??.

this model has a display pcb..

I have the same model sticking on programe (not heating), after tapping the thermostat in desperation (only a slight tap) it started heating. Maybe this is the problem with your machine ?
Which reminds me, does anyone have the part number for this & where can I get one ?

The four tag one is 818730381 and the reset one is 818731062 both should be available from either Masterpart or Maddocks.

you could be right,
i called customer and asked them to put it on again just to double check for fault code, cust called back 2 hours later,
when door opened display just shows p4. prog it was set on, and water was cold.

dont know what t/stat is in appliance, any one got an idea???

but also check for poor joints on heater relay on module.
