Have tried the usual, cleaned the filter,checked the arms,topped salt and liquid up, but having problems with detergent tablet dissolving.Tablet doesn’t dissolve and thus cleans nothing.Detergent door opens and tablet falls into cutlery tray, but doesn’t dissolve properly.Been happening for last 2/3 months, can anyone help.

It’s not a fault with the dispenser, if the tablet isn’t disolved/washed out of the dispenser then the spray arms aren’t turning and jetting properly. The tablet falls out of the dispenser into the cutlery basket when you open the door and the dispenser door fully opens.
Check that the holes in the arms are clear of debris and that they rotate freely. Also check that the pipe feeding the top arm is plugged in at the back of the bottom filter.
If all of the above are ok you need to listen and judge if the water is being pumped through properly. If not, engineer time I’m afraid.

The usual problem on this model is the lugs on the cover holding the top spray arm feeder tube break causing the tube to disconnect and stop the water ciculating.

there is another point to add to this is that when using tablets you MUST use the hot wash’s and not economy or quick wash’s.
