Has anyone out there had problems getting a faulty board replaced by the supplier after its gone down after one months use? I ordered a replacement which didn’t work from day one which was replaced as a “goodwill 1 off” as these boards are supplied with no warranty at all!!?? Now after a month the goodwill replacement has failed wont reset or programme. I’ve had to replace it at my own expense to keep the customer happy as we give a years guarantee but i’m out of pocket and cant send it back for credit!!
