Has anyone out there had problems getting a faulty board replaced by the supplier after its gone down after one months use? I ordered a replacement which didn’t work from day one which was replaced as a “goodwill 1 off” as these boards are supplied with no warranty at all!!?? Now after a month the goodwill replacement has failed wont reset or programme. I’ve had to replace it at my own expense to keep the customer happy as we give a years guarantee but i’m out of pocket and cant send it back for credit!!

First time failure Diplomat parts should be returned to Extracare in Norwich. Contact MFI on 0845 7959 722 to find out how best to do this.

Where did you get it from Nige ?

Most wholesalers will accept faulty parts back, often up to 12 months.

Ah Maddocks.

Great prices but their non return policy is a PITA, no longer use them and that was one of the reasons.

So i’ve been F’d in the A!! I’ve taken it up with trading standards now coz i think it’s a bit naughty and they seem to agree. Watch this space!!
