ParticipantHi,
Our diplomat slimline dishwasher is frozen!. I mean that the “in process” light is solid and fix, but the dishwasher doesn’t do anything. the filter is clean. no flashing lights… any ideas?
Thanks.

We were told to reset the thermostat by pressing a boton on the sump behind the lower spray, but I can’t find it… I guess that’s not it.
Please help!

It does have a reset thermostat but you’re probably looking in the wrong place as it’s nowhere near the lower spray arm really 😉
Power off if looking further :zap: but it may be worthwhile asking an engineer to call, check the repairs@ link below 🙂

Any idea where it could be?
So, acording to the description of the problem, you think it can be the problem?
Thanks

Yes, it may well be.
I’m afraid we can’t tell you exactly how to repair your appliance due to legal reasons, I’ve deleted your other question as you have already asked it here 😉

Ok, I found the button and was ok. but the timer was stucked in a position. I moved it and try several things. Finally I came to the conclusion that the dishwasher is not “Sucking” water, the pluming is ok. but the the dishwasher blocks it self because there is not water coming in.
Would that be the water pump? If so, how much should I expect to pay for someone to repair it?
Thanks
