    Hi There,

I would appreciate if someone could assist me with a problem
I have with my Diplomat dishwasher model ADP 8322. The water is not heating and I am not sure if the problem is caused by a faulty thermostat or the heating element. If it is either of these 2 parts, any guidance on the removal and replacing them would be helpful.

Also, as I dont have a manual, does anyone know where the reset button is located.

    Thanks for your assistance.

Heater is a tube under the tub, joining the front of the circulation pump. There is no thermostat – temperature control is via a thermistor and electronic control.

There is no re-set button – the safety device is a one-shot and is integral with the heater.

    Power off first, of course.

Is it possible to ohm’s test the heater?

I’m suspecting this is the same fault I have.
