Diplomat Error Code

Hi I really hope someone can help. I have had my diplomat dishwasher for about 13 months. Now when I switch it on and try to run a program it just constantly beeps. When I open the door F1 is on the display.

Can anyone please advise me as to what this means.

Any idea on how to reset it as well.

F1 is a water temperature control problem, normally the NTC, resetting won’t solve the problem I’m afraid on this Whirlpool manufactured unit.

If you need an engineer to replace the part for you, please check the repairs@ link below.

If you proceed yourself, power off :zap:

You’ll find plenty of reference to this fault using the search function, search for Whirlpool and NTC etc 🙂

Thanks Dave for the prompt response. Any idea if this would be difficult for my to repair or would it be advisable to call in an engineer. If I was to repair it where would I get the part from.
