Diplomat error code

I have a diplomat ADP8234 Which has a PC in the display. Cannot reset the pcb. This all happen after a power cut. any ideas.?????????

Here’s what you need to do: –

Switch machine on, wait approx 3 seconds then press the programme button twice very quickly. Switch off again and then back on. That should clear it hopefully?

got customer to try over phone but still says pc, is it hard to do or can the customer do it.??????

Some customers have trouble just answering the doorbell don’t they, so who knows how difficult they might find that simple reset instruction eh? :rolls:
