    fridge was very noisy o return from holiday, fridge was empty, it then stopped. when i switch on i here a click but nothing else happens

    Is the click from round the back near where the motor is ?? If so you have a duff motor (compressor) will need a fridge engineer to help you out. What area are you in or alternatively see repairs@ down the sidebar.

    Comfirm the click is from around the back of the unit.
    I live on the Isle of Wight.
    Any estimate of a replacement motor/compressor
