Got a call to go and see this last week.
Customer said machine will not drain all of the water out. I filled the machine and sure enough it left some of the water in at the end.
I fitted a new pump and tested it again and it worked ok, all the water pumped out.
They have just phoned again saying that its doing the same thing again,
ended with dirty water in, but if they select another wash cycle it pumps it all out before it starts.
Any pointers would be nice on this one as it got me stumped.
