Diplomat / MFI ADP8242 Dish Washer

I have got one of these where the 3rd light (eco) is flashing continually as soon as power is switched on. I have checked my fault codes which tells me that there is no such code as a single light flashing. I double checked with MFI technical dept, who agree with me, and say that the board must be faulty.

However, when I explained this to the customer she insisted that. She had the same fault before and that a guy came round about a year ago, twiddled with something underneath and sorted the problem. (seemed to know exactly what he was doing, infering that I don’t)

Any ideas guys.

PS the sump is dry.

Check the dispenser coil first of all then the side chamber (air break) for blockages etc 😉
