Diplomat not working

I have had a diplomat oven for 12.5 months. Today it died, no oven/grill working and yes it is just 2 months out of guarantee!! Any suggestions what the problem might be and who can repair?

Hi Richard

First thing to check is that the clock is not set to automatic…easily done without realising on many cookers. If it has a digital timer then you need to check the manual for settings, if its an analogue timer then one of the knobs will need rotating or pushing to display the little ‘hand’.
