    Hello Everyone,

We have just moved into a new house and there is a Diplomat Oven ADP 3103, but no manual. Can someone tell me if we are being thick, but it seems like our grill works, but not the oven.

    There is 3 settings:

    1) The light – Which doesn’t work
    2) Some kind of oven and fan symbol – Which only puts the fan on – even when i turn the temperature on.
    3) The grill and fan symbol – which puts the grill and fan on – only when i put the temperature on.

The only thing i can think of it that the grill is used to heat the oven…if you get me??

Please let me know if you need any more information to help me with my frustrating problem. 😈

    Many thanks!!!!

    Gemma 😀

Can’t find any reference to this oven, Gemma – please re-check that model number.

    Your points:
    1) Usually an SES pygmy bulb- you can pick them up in any of the DIY places, make sure it has a 300c temperature rating for safety.

    2) Fan oven elements live short violent lives and fail regularly. Have a read of this:

    3) Grill operation sounds about right – the selector switch ensures that grill element and oven elements are not on together, so thermostat is used for grill control as well.

Power off if you’re going to remove any panel, and if fitting the bulb.

    Regards,
    Penguin45.
