Diplomat Oven not heating..

Hi, I have a Diplomat oven that is about five years old. The grill works, but the oven is not heating up.

Any thoughts on what I might be able to do – or tradesmen you could recommend – I live in Islington, London.

It wil most likely just be the fan element that has failed a simple enough job for one the guys. What’s your postcode area, the first part only?

Try Capital Repairs on 020 8866 6699.

Should cost about £70-90 all in very roughly dependant on the labour charges but the part should cost about about £30.

I have exactly the same problem (grr no hot food for me tonight!). I live in Edinburgh (EH7) wonder if you could advise anyone up here who could fix it for me?

Hi.

I seem to have the same problem too. It is a Diplomat APL 3201 oven. The grill works fine and the fan comes on but the oven just won’t heat up. The bulb has gone too. The first part of my post code is SE8.

Any ideas what I can do and/or who I could contact?

The fan element has failed, have you tried repairs@ (link at the bottom of my post) ??

If that doesn’t show any engineers reply back and I’ll check a list I have 🙂
