ParticipantWe have a diplomat dishwasher which came with our kitchen from MFI. I am not sure of the model number. It has a on and off switch on the left side and a program button with 5 lights and a start button on the rigfht hand side.
The water is heating up to temprature, but does not seem to be flowing inside the machine properly.
I have checked the jets and they seem to be clear.
We did have a problem a few weeks ago when the pipe that supplied the water to the jets came loose. However this is firmly in place.
Any suggestions?
Also I cannot seem to get the machine to reset, even when following the reset instructions.
It is currently stuck on the 50 degree cycle (middle light). Is this a fault code (I do not have an instruction manual). ❓ I assume I will have to let it finish this cycle before I can reset?
Switchin on and off, does not make any difference.
TIA

Model number is on a label down the edge of the door – something like ADP—- . Little bit crucial, as they are all bought in and badged up from a number of different manufacturers.

Hi,
The model number is ADP8322.
It is heating and filling with water, but does not seem to be spraying properly.
I have removed and checked the jets, and they are clear.
Thanks.

Right, you have the Whirlpool-built machine. It is fitted with the infamous Big Askoll pump motor, which causes a raft of problems. I take it you can hear it whirring away, but not much is happening? Anyway, it will have to be replaced with the “proper” motor. P/no 4812 361 58334 is the kit, an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk will get things moving for you.
To cancel any given programme, hold down the start button until the drain pump kicks in.

Hi,
I emailed first thing this morning, but have not had a reply back as yet.
Is there a telephone number?
On the plus side my hands are lovely and soft from washing the dishes 😀

I replied today at 12.04 PM to what appears to be a work email address 😉
The price is £99.39 inc of VAT and carriage.
The email may have got dumped in a spam folder but we have experienced delays today with incoming and outgoing mail due to a little server issue 😀
Dave.

It will probably be more economical in the long run to buy a new dishwasher 😕
