KeymasterHI there
Anyone know where I can get a new door seal – it seems to have come loose and have clips in the corner to hang it.
ThanksFebruary 23, 2005 at 5:33 pm #126911Dave_Conway

We’ll need the actual model number please Mike.
It should be around the door and begin APL or AHY or similar.

hhhmm I thought you might say that! – I will look tonight – any clues on where to look as I haven’t noticed any numbers on it before – will it be stamped on the metal or will it be on a metal name plate?
many thanks

ParticipantMike,
If it’s not on the door or casing surround, there will certainly be a rating label somewhere on the oven casing. You will have to undo the (usually) 4 securing screws and ease the oven forward to check. If this is a double oven unit get help, they are astonishingly heavy.

Just seen this – had just about given up hope so will try unscrewing/easing forward the oven and looking for the nameplate.
