    Hi

    Hopefully someone can give me some advice. One of the knobs on my hob has completely come out attached to the shaft and spring. Luckily no gas is coming through as it seems to have come of while in the “off” position. Does anyone have any ideas please?

    sounds like a gas tap failure

    you would need to find out if parts are available, then you need a gas safe engineer to fit it
