diplomat (servis)apm 8552/2

hi all. hope you can help. went to a diplomat 8552/2 customer says not doing full 1200, watched it, didnt think it did full 1200 rpm, then after the spin it filled up , wash action for 2-3 mins then clicked to off, still full of water not attempt to empty……..suspect module, any ideas???????? ❓

Module or heater earth leak. Pull the wires off the heater and try again. Make sure the belt is tight and there is a good load in the drum.
