    Not sure if anyone can help.

    I had an MFI Fitted slimline, integrated dishwasher fitted at the end of september. It has worked on and off since then, had the service man out once at the beginning to find that the fitter had kinked the hose and it was not filling. Since then it has not managed to complete more than 3 washes in a row. Recently this has been the filter (seems overly fine mesh if you ask me) but now as soon as I even close the door, the beeping starts and the first three lights come on.

    I would normally consult my manual but this is very unhelpful. Useless infact, as is the MFI website as it displays their Sale info only. Can any one of you help with service phone number for me to call or a any incite into my problem? In total I have not had more than 5 full washes out of it and am still on my first small box of tablets. Warrenty is obviously OK but how do I get someone out to fix out when the site is useless. Please help!

    I’m assuming that this is an ADP8342 in which case the 3-in-1 tablets are probably part of your problem. These have been found to cause overfoaming in this model which can lead to internal flooding and an E5 error (1st 3 lights).

    I’d recommend switching to separate powder detergent and rinse aid, although the new 5-in-1 tablets are apparently suitable.
