DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO GET HOLD OF AN INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR A DIPLOMAT APM 8552 WASHING MACHINE. I HAVE A CUSTOMER WHO IS COMPLAINING THE THE MACHINE IS TAKING TOO LONG TO COMPLETE A WASH CYCLE. I NEED TO KNOW APPROX WASH TIMES OF EACH CYCLE ON THIS MACHINE
